Partnering up with KinnCare, we are ringing in the New Year with the 2017 Wellness Series. Mark your calendar for Tuesdays this January & February from 6-7:30 pm.

Here’s a brief synopsis of what is ahead:
January 10th – “Self Care as a Key Component to Life Balance” ~ Life Coach Karin Mitchell, will review the 5 areas of self-care and participants will be able to set personal goals they can commit to achieving in each area.
January 17th – “Nutrition and Mindful Eating” ~ Dr. Erin Kinney will discuss how to put together a personalized nutritional plan to keep your body balanced and how mindfulness impacts what you put into your body.
January 24th – “Meditation” ~ Rob Dallmann, meditation instructor, will guide us in introductory lessons on meditation, reviewing its benefits, and the ‘how-to’s’.
January 31st – “Changing Your Story: Working with our Belief Systems to Unlock our Potential for Greater Health and Happiness” ~ Karin Mitchell to facilitate this session.
February 7th – “Yoga” ~ Certified yoga instructor and owner of Capital Yoga in Annapolis, Amy Morales will lead us in a yoga session (introductory and beginner levels).
February 21st – “Sleep & Qigong” ~ Dr. Kinney will discuss how to optimize your sleeping habits to realign and reset your body’s natural circadian rhythms. And guest instructor, Robin Goble, will introduce participants to the ancient practice of Qigong. Qigong is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, increasing strength and flexibility and building body awareness.
February 28th – “Vision Boards/Goal Setting” ~ Karin will guide participants to identify what they want for their life in the coming year, helping set specific and measurable goals. Vision boards are a creative way to bring goals to life visually and can make a big impact on bringing forth one’s dreams, desires, and hopes for the year.
