Our 2017 Wellness Series focus for February 7th is Yoga and will be led by Amy Morales, M.Ed., E-RYT.
 
Amy is a yoga instructor and  wellness coach with 18+ years of expertise in the fields of education, life skills, social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and resilience. She believes in embodying a healing presence.  Amy is trained in the Ashtanga and Hatha yoga traditions. She completed her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification with Kim Manfredi of Charm City Yoga™, holds a Certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching from Georgetown University, and received her children’s yoga certification through ChildLight Yoga™.
