What do you want to focus on?

This list is in no way exhaustive.

Are you facing next steps in your life? Do you want to make a change in your job/career or step back into the workforce after being home with kids? Are you halfway through your life thinking “How do I want to live the second half of my life?” Many people come to coaching for these very reasons. I can help you get clarity on where to start or go next. Oftentimes when we start talking out loud, we start to gain an understanding of what’s important to us. We start tuning into longings we may have had for years but have been ignoring. I believe every person possesses internal wisdom, and that coaching is an awesome vehicle to establish what’s next in your life.

The idea of ‘balance’ in life means that you are paying attention to major parts of your life in more equal ways. Do you experience a heavy focus towards work? Do you find yourself constantly thinking about it even while home? How does this affect your relationships with your family? Friends? Significant other? Do you feel that change needs to occur?

At some point in our lives, we may ask the questions: “Why am I here?” “What purpose do I have here on Earth?” “What are the dreams I have for my life?” Coaching can be an ideal format in which to explore such important questions.

Become the master of your stress and anxiety! By experiencing real shifts in perspectives (and how you handle difficult emotions, such as anger), you can make life-changing differences in how you interact with others. More importantly, it will make a huge difference in how you feel about yourself. I will help you find real tools to help you manage your stress and create changes that last a lifetime.

Many people find that managing their time is truly challenging. Busy lives call for the need to be more efficient in how we spend it. In becoming more organized, you can push past your own mental resistance. This ultimately will lead to greater peace of mind and a feeling of empowerment over one’s life.

Mindfulness is being fully aware of what is happening in the present moment. It is the opposite of being distracted… sounds nice, doesn’t it? It is nice! In fact, the present moment is all we really have. By learning how to tune into this, we really start experiencing our lives in more meaningful ways. When we stop forecasting so much into the future or living in the past, then we really learn to experience Life–just as it is in the here-and-now. Mindful living is a key component to lasting happiness.
