Rob Dallmann comes to the 2017 Wellness Series on January 24th to help with the navigation into meditation.
Rob began his meditation journey about eight years ago in an effort to sleep better. As his practice deepened and many other benefits manifested in his life, he dedicated himself to learning whatever he could and listening for greater wisdom wherever it presented itself. He practices what he calls, “practical meditation,” and continues to learn about patience, perseverance, and calm from his two young children. Rob led meditation at Sol Yoga in Frederick, Maryland for over two years before moving to Annapolis in April. He completed his yoga teacher training at Sol in 2015, and still teaches there occasionally. This class will be his first endeavor into meditation in the Annapolis area.
