February 21st of our 2017 Wellness Series will be a shared evening  of information. Dr. Erin Kinney will be discussing the many therapeutic “wins” of sleep, and Qigong instructor Robin B. Goble, MA SPHR, ACC.

Robin is a Human Resources professional and Health & Well-being Coach. She has been practicing Qigong since 2013. She first became certified to teach in 2014 and is currently pursuing a 200-hour Medical Qigong Certification from Zen Wellness based out of Arizona.

Acutely aware of the challenges to maintaining a healthy work/life balance, she started practicing Qigong to overcome her own issues with stress, which were having a serious effect on her health, including trouble sleeping!

Robin has built an award-winning wellness program in her position at Raytheon Solipsys as the Director of Human Resources. This program focuses on educating employees about topics reaching beyond traditional health and wellness to include mindful practices and integrative health topics.

Robin earned a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching with a concentration in nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She loves to travel around the globe, Zumba, practice Qigong and cuddle up to her fur baby: Cody. To relax, she often exercises her love for cooking by sharing her labor of love with family and friends.
