I’m excited to share with you a new feature to my website: “Beautiful Life: Meditations With Karin Mitchell.”

I am a strong believer in meditation as a way to quiet your mind and bring you closer to clarity. In this over-busy world, we all need it.

Through “Beautiful Life Meditations” I will share two types of meditation. Insight Meditations are almost like a podcast version of a written post. They are meant to get you thinking about a particular theme, asking you questions and getting you to reflect on the topic. “Living Full Out” is an example of my Insight Meditations.

The other type of meditation is Guided Meditations. These are meant for you to follow along, framing your thoughts around the words to help bring you greater relaxation, peace, and centered-ness. “Loving Kindness Meditation” and “Body Scan Meditation” are examples of my Guided Meditations.
